You can't find a table, wait staff takes forever to just get your drinks! Forget about another round! Don't go there! It may be cheap, but where your saving in money your wasting in time!La Finca D’Adobe is THE WORST place for Taco Tuesday! No customer service whatsoever! I hope I can go to one of those restaurants when I visit SD for my conference in May.All of the meals you featured here sound really delicious. It is a relaxing and warm setting with a fireplace on cool nights. The fish tacos are the bomb as mentioned above but the real treat was $1.75 oyster shooters they have on the happy hour menu. Best oysters in SD and served in a shot glass.I cannot think of a cooler taco tuesday experience than Brigantine. It is a relaxing and warm setting with a fireplace on cool nights. I went to Cabrillo this weekend and could see Coronado, downtown, and the airport. Next time I am bringing my camera.I appreciate the useful information as I am new in San Diego and never heard of Mount Soledad or Cabrillo National Monument. You can take ferry from downtown San Diego over to Coronado ($3 each way) or drive across the Coronado Bridge. Visit the historic Hotel Del Coronado, glide the waterways in an Italian style gondola, relax on a clean and sunny beach, rent a bike and bicycle along the coast, or explore the upscale shops.Another place you don’t want to miss in San Diego is Coronado Island. It's one of the beaches that is less crowded and you can hike the trails at Torrey Pines Reserve, which is right next door. In fact, one of the trails leads down to the beach. With 70 miles of coastline San Diego has lots of beaches. If you enjoy hiking, I’d recommend Torrey Pines.
